Job Description
As a Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Market Research Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive prospective clients to engage with our agency.
- Client Outreach Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking efforts.
- Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- Events and Networking Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Reporting Provide regular reports on marketing and business development activities, including key performance indicators and successes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated area.

Compensation $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
